    Sharing a secret in the kitchen or an ancient way to prepare a dish means having the same love for food, element and lifestyle.
    Here, then, some recipes, which belong to the culinary culture of my Sicily, Agrigento and its fascinating province.
    It is precisely for this reason that I wanted to preserve its dialectal names (subtitled in English).

    Simple dishes and often poor, but intense flavors and millennial knowledge, (re) discovered in the stories of grandmothers and aunts, which I propose in their originality or modern reinterpretations, to make them more, and always, current protagonists of the table.
